Concepts & client work

Explore three fictional businesses with working demo websites, followed by two client stories. The concepts demonstrate design decisions and visitor journeys; they do not represent client results.

    The direction

Make room for a broader customer base

The owner wanted to pursue more work with offices, businesses and real estate companies while continuing to serve residential clients. The website needed to explain the offer to both audiences.

    Work in progress

The redesign separates residential and commercial needs, with service-specific pages and a quote path connected to the service selected. Real cleaning-work examples help give the descriptions context.

These are changes in the redesign under development. The project is still in progress; expansion into commercial work is the owner’s objective.

The goal: let a homeowner or a business contact recognize the relevant service and start a more useful quote conversation.
