This notice explains how José Molina, working as JayLM Studio, handles information shared through this website.
When you get in touch
The contact form asks for your name, business name, email address and what you need: a first website, a redesign, Google Ads, ongoing website care or something else. You can optionally include your current website when asking about a redesign, Google Ads or ongoing website care. A message is required for Something else and optional for the other choices. José uses these details to understand your inquiry and reply personally.
Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive documents.
How your message reaches José
Vercel hosts the website and processes contact requests. Resend delivers your message to José’s Gmail inbox. These services process information needed to host the site, protect the form and deliver or store your message. The website application does not maintain a separate inquiry database.
Emails sent to contact@jaylmstudio.com are forwarded to José’s Gmail inbox by Cloudflare.
Hosting and security services also process technical request information, including IP addresses used to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from the details you enter in the form.
Site analytics
Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits to show how the site is used. It does not use cookies.
How long inquiry emails are kept
If your inquiry does not become a project, José deletes its emails from his inbox within 12 months of our last conversation. This is a manual practice, not an automatic timer on the website.
This period applies to non-client inquiries. Project records are handled separately. Delivery and hosting services may retain their own operational records under their policies; deleting an inbox message does not immediately erase every provider record or backup.
Fonts and concept websites
The typefaces are served with this website. Your browser does not need to contact Google Fonts to display them.
The portfolio’s concept websites are fictional demonstrations. Their demo forms do not send inquiries to José or to a real business.
Questions about your information
You can email José with a question about information you have shared, or to request a correction or deletion.
