What a visit includes

Six stops in every home, in the same order, by the same two people. The list below is the one the team carries; the walk-through at the end is how we know it was done.

The checklist, room by room

  1. Kitchen

Counters and backsplash wiped, sink scrubbed, stovetop and hood degreased, the outside of every appliance, the table and chairs, floor vacuumed and mopped.

  2. Bathrooms

Shower and tub scrubbed, toilet inside and out, mirror and fixtures polished, counters and cabinet fronts wiped, floor mopped, towels straightened.

  3. Bedrooms

Surfaces dusted, beds made (sheets changed if you leave them out), mirrors cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped under what we can reach.

  4. Living areas

Dusting from shelves down to baseboards, cushions straightened, glass tables cleaned, vacuum everywhere, hard floors mopped.

  5. Entry and hall

Door glass and handles, the mat shaken out, stairs vacuumed, light switches and baseboards wiped.

  6. Final walk-through

Lights off, windows locked, trash out, and a note on the counter saying who came and anything we noticed.

Two plans

Prices are typical for a three-bedroom home and are confirmed by quote. Nothing is charged on this site; it is a concept.

Once

First deep clean

From $240Typical for 3 bedrooms, confirmed by quote

The checklist above, plus the things a regular visit skips. It is the first visit of every recurring plan, so the team starts from a known state.

  • Baseboards and door frames washed
  • Inside the oven and the microwave
  • Interior windows and sills
  • Behind and under the furniture we can move
  • Cabinet fronts and the top of the fridge
  • About four hours for two people

Add-ons

Ask for them in the quote form or in the note you leave for the team. Typical prices, confirmed by quote.

The small print, in plain words

Who comes

Two people from your neighborhood's team. The same two unless one is sick or on vacation, in which case the note tells you who stood in.

What we bring

Everything: vacuum, mop, cloths, and unscented products by default. If you prefer your own, leave them out with a note.

Pets and keys

Dogs and cats are welcome; tell us in the quote so the team knows who they will meet. Keys go in a lockbox or you let us in; we do not keep copies.

Rescheduling

Skip or move a visit by 5 pm the day before at no charge. Later than that and the visit is billed, because the team's day is already routed.

Not included

  • Exterior windows, gutters and anything that needs a ladder taller than a step stool
  • Carpet shampooing and upholstery
  • Mold, pests and biohazards
  • Moving appliances or heavy furniture
  • Dishes beyond what is in the sink

If something is not right

Say so within a day and the same team comes back to redo that room. No forms, no argument.

Ready when you are

Tell us your neighborhood and the size of the home. We reply the next business day with a price and your window.
